Currency and taxes

Planet Kid prices are quoted in Canadian dollars. Planet Kid ships from Toronto, Ontario. Items shipped within Ontario are subject to GST and/or HST. Items shipped elsewhere in Canada are subject to GST and items shipped to the USA are not subject to either GST or HST. We are not responsible for import taxes, duties, brokerage or other extra costs that might be associated with shipping to the US.

Shipping

At this time Planet Kid ships to Canada and the Continental US only. Planet Kid uses Canada Post, Fedex and UPS for all our shipping needs. Shipping fees are automatically calculated and added to your total invoice at check out. Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days.

We are not responsible for import taxes, duties, brokerage or other extra costs that might be associated with shipping to the US.

Returns/Exchanges

Planet Kid is a designer run business. When you shop with us, you often buy directly from the designer. Because of this, we hope to encourage exchanges as opposed to returns. Sometimes though, we won't have the size you would like or the colour you hoped for and in those cases of course we will refund your original purchase price (less shipping). Discounted/sale items are FINAL SALE - no refunds or exchanges.

Planet Kid does NOT refund or cover shipping charges on exchanged or returned goods. If you would like to exchange/return your purchase please contact us via email or phone (we LOVE to talk!!) before shipping back your original purchase. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the merchandise is not in its original condition. We will refuse COD shipping of returns.
